Danilo Brandimarte Headhunter, consultant and founder of NE-XO RH

Danilo has over 12 years of experience in multinational companies such as Ericsson, NYK, Hays and BASF. In 2007, he started and consolidated the B2B Sales Division of Hays Brazil, working with several companies of various sizes and nationalities.

As partner of Núcleo RH between 2013 and 2015, he based his activities on the highest professional standards. Nucleo’s solid results encouraged him to start NE-XO RH, a consultancy that improves the traditional R&S process with the use of coaching techniques, among other innovative services.

Danilo holds a degree in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM, and a major in Business Administration from FGV. He is fluent in Portuguese and English.
